CPUT ELECTIONS · QUICK GUIDE

Check the voters’ roll

Make sure your name and registered campus are correct before the objection deadline.

How it works

4 simple steps
  1. Check the dates

Open the timetable and find the roll inspection and objection period. Draft dates may change.

  2. Check your record

Use the official inspection service announced by the election office. Check your name and registered campus.

  3. Report a problem early

If your name is missing or your details are wrong, lodge a complaint with the EC before the published deadline.

  4. Wait for confirmation

The Registrar controls roll corrections, in consultation with the EC. Check the final roll when it is published.

Good to know

Roll inspection and corrections follow the election office’s published process. This site does not yet provide a live roll lookup or self-service edits.

Your next step

Your campus determines your LSRC ballot. Never publish your student number or identity documents in a public message.
