Authorised representatives can prepare their organisation’s nominee pool in the SRC portal.
Read the eligibility rules, confirm your campus and portfolio, prepare proof of registration as a PDF, and gather at least 50 eligible supporters’ names and signatures for an independent LSRC nomination. Keep each PDF under 5 MB. Organisation nominees should agree their participation with the authorised representative.
Use your CPUT student email ending in @mycput.ac.za; Gmail, Yahoo and other personal email addresses are not accepted for nominations. Make sure you can access this inbox for your verification code.
No account or form submission is needed yet. The election office must open the authorised window before applications can be sent.
Your account is created after email verification. Existing candidates can sign in to manage their nominations. For help, read the account-access guide. The public form submits your LSRC nomination after verification. Organisation nominees must be submitted by their authorised representative before the closing time.
